- Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Youth and Environment Fikri Ataoglu
- Minister of Foreign Affairs Tahsin ErtugrulogluAG/li>
- Minister of Health Izlem Gürça Altuğra
- President of the World Health Council, Member of the National Association Dr. Ahmet Savashan
- Founder and President of the World Health Council Emin Çakmak
- Senior tourism and health leaders
In his speech, Prime Minister Unal Üstel said that throughout the year the government will make special efforts to promote health and tourism in Northern Cyprus. The move will be a source of motivation to attract foreign investment in healthcare on the island.
Tourism Minister Fikri Ataoğlu noted that Oscar and Romatem with their investment will be the pioneers of the new period.

The head of Romatem Group, Dr. Koksal Hologlu, said they will open a center with high-tech robotics systems and a multi-specialty approach in the field of hotels and rehabilitation in early 2024 together with Oscar Group. He also noted that the new hotel and rehabilitation center will provide all modern treatment methods, from neurological rehabilitation to sports rehabilitation and ozone therapy.
The center is expected to host an average of two thousand health tourists from Europe, the Middle East and North Africa in 2024.
