Why are home prices rising, is a real estate bubble expected?

Even as the Euribor rate rises, real estate prices continue to rise, making home buying increasingly difficult for those who need a loan.

The rise in prices is slowing, but there is still an upward trend. According to the National Institute of Statistics, the median price of family housing in Portugal rose by 7.6% in the first quarter of this year compared to the same period last year. Despite significant growth, this level of change signals a slowdown from the final quarter of last year, when prices rose 10.7% - at which time a slowdown in growth was already evident.

It has been debated for several years whether Portugal is living in a real estate bubble. Will this bubble burst in the coming months? Or will prices continue to rise, albeit more slowly, with difficulties in accessing credit?
