The Estate (Thailand), which owns MQDC, and KogoPAY Group, a Thai fintech company with headquarters in the UK and branches in Europe, have signed a memorandum of understanding to serve more than 1 million Thais living abroad in France, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, other European countries and the Arab Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

Thai fintech company with headquarters in the UK and branches in Europe, said the company aims to help Thai expatriates purchase real estate in Thailand more conveniently, quickly and economically. That's why KogoPAY has partnered with The Estate, which provides advice and services on real estate sales and rentals, to support Thai expatriates. The initiative aims to expand the market and create opportunities for over 1 million Thais in the UK and the European Union.

Thailand has many advantages including tourism and cultural heritage such as location, climate, cost of living, food, safety and a globally recognized health care system. These factors attract emigrants returning to invest and live in Thailand.
