Searching for a house in Italy.
A house overlooking the sea on the island of Sardinia, the stalwart of Italy, stands on a third of an acre of land with a beautiful view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The house was built in the early twentieth century and was originally modified by the French architect Savin Quel, then in the 1970s it was expanded to 130 square meters and took the form of a cottage. Residents can enjoy the swimming pool, flower garden, olive and juniper trees.
Features of the house include stone walls, garden kit and picturesque balconies with sea views. The living room with stone walls is a former bread oven. There is a stone staircase on the second floor.
