President Erdogan: Real estate and rental market will soon come to equilibrium

President and AKP Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed an expanded conference of the party's provincial branch chairmen. Erdogan pointed out that even though the election ended many months ago, the impact of this election on Turkish politics is still ongoing. He said that every day there are new scandals in the opposition. Erdogan said, "We see that they have hidden under the table many betrayals, conspiracies and dirty deals that they have offered to the nation for a year and a half. When Pandora's boxes are opened, the true face of those who give political lessons about political morality becomes clear. The impression we get from what they say about each other when they were close friends and now have become enemies is that what is publicized is only the tip of the iceberg. The real great scandals, the real terrible deals have yet to become public knowledge. So this pie hasn't reached its limit yet. Frankly, we don't want to even suggest that the chairman of the HRC, which lost 38 deputies in political parties that don't even have 1% of the total vote, promised political representatives of a terrorist organization. I am sure that the nation, like us, cannot hide its amazement at this man's ability to negotiate and bargain. "

He emphasized that every day since the election is a reminder of how the country has dodged a great precipice. He said: "Along with our brothers who voted for us, our citizens who voted in the other direction, because of what they see, thank Allah. We also thank the people for not leaving Turkey at the mercy of untenable and treacherous people. "

Erdogan said they believe it is necessary to clarify some dark points. He said: "Regardless of political preference, all of our citizens are interested in the answers to the following questions. You attended every party with the ministry as a bargaining chip in your pocket. You held the state hostage to everyone who showed up regardless of the voting percentage. What exactly have you promised the terror barons in Kandil who have been making statements of support for you every other day? What words did you utter to the traitors in Pennsylvania to share airline tickets, playing on the nerves of the people? Who did you talk to for 8 hours in an American hamburger joint? Why did you play "victory theater" on election night when not even a third of the ballot boxes were open yet? Why did you target state institutions from the High Electoral Commission to the Anadolu Agency? Why did you try to discredit them? There are many more questions that Kılıçdaroğlu and company should answer without hesitation. The people are waiting for answers to these questions. Kılıçdaroğlu and his accomplices should come out and explain themselves to the people instead of coming up with new excuses for electoral defeat every day. Instead of talking about us, our party and our allied partners, they should apologize to the HRC voters they sold dreams to.

Erdogan said the government's top priority is to quickly recover from the aftermath of the Feb. 6 earthquakes in Kahramanmarash. He said that they will not allow the effects of these earthquakes, which have been called the disaster of the century, to be forgotten and that they will continue to work tirelessly until the material losses of every citizen in the earthquake zone are repaid. Erdogan said one of the chairwomen of the party's women's branches, whom he met upon entering the party, had her husband and child killed in the disaster. He noted that there were many such losses and wished that their burial place would become a paradise.

President Erdogan said that according to the promises made to the nation, 319,000 dwellings will be completed and handed over to the rightful owners within the first year. He noted that they have taken decisive measures to overcome the difficulties caused by inflation and that they are beginning to see positive results of the measures taken. Erdogan said: "Car prices, which until recently were the subject of the greatest criticism, are gradually stabilizing. The real estate and rental sector is also about to come into balance. When the bubble caused by pure greed is deflated, our nation will be more relieved. We have no problem with exports, employment and investment. We recognize the grievances of our retirees. We will take the necessary steps in this matter by the end of the year. We stand by all the promises made to our students and housewives at the rallies. We will also try to fulfill them one by one. "

Erdogan said that while they are implementing these policies for Turkey, they are also analyzing the election results within the party. He said: "We are correcting all our shortcomings, correcting our mistakes and strengthening our strengths." He added that they are increasing their presence in areas where their messages are reaching the population, and that they are making contact with every voter who could not be convinced, and that it is their duty to find the source of the problem and solve it. Erdogan said: "As I said before, in our political approach, the people should not be judged, they should be accountable to the people.
