The restaurant La Vetta has opened on the grounds of the Marnong Estate wine estate in Mickleham, north Melbourne.
The head chef at La Vetta is Salvatore Giorgio (+39, A25, Scopri, Bar Bambi), who recently returned from a trip to Italy. During the trip, Giorgio discovered the country's diverse regional cuisines and created La Vetta's menu to reflect his new culinary discoveries.
Guests can expect dishes rarely seen in local restaurants, with an emphasis on simplicity and naturalness.

The La Vetta restaurant seats 120 people and has a 30-seat cocktail bar for diners who want to stop in for a drink.
