Villa Due Palme, which was purchased by former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi in 2011 on Lampedusa, has been sold for about 3 million euros. It is a deal with secret terms and the new owner of the property is the famous economist Gianni Profita, who is the rector of the International University of Health and Medical Sciences in Rome - Saint Camillus (UniCamillus).
