Real estate sales continue to rise

The number of property sales in September rose compared to September 2022, and despite the slight slowdown in growth we reported last month, Cyprus is still set to achieve its highest level of property sales since 2008 by the end of the year.

The latest official data from the Department of Lands and Surveys shows that the number of real estate sales in September (measured by the number of concluded contracts registered at the State Registration offices) rose by 15 percent compared to September 2022.
