Prodea increases its stake in MHV.
The signing of a contract to acquire a 55% stake in Mediterranean Hospitality Venture PLC (MHV) by YODA Group is further evidence of Prodea Investments' focus on tourism properties.
MHV is active in the hotel industry, developing and operating properties. Its portfolio includes luxury hotels and resorts, as well as office and residential development projects.
The fair value of the company's real estate (investment properties, tangible fixed assets and real estate inventories) as of June 30, 2023 was 555.268 million euros.
