The startup Cai, founded by the Rizzo brothers, has been able to take a leading position in the world of the real estate auction business in three years thanks to its expertise in the industry and its legal and technical support.

They created the Cai Aste Immobiliari app, which offers clients constant updates about real estate in Italy and allows them to choose properties that match their needs and requirements.

Cai has noticeably filled a gap in the market, as most investors are afraid to participate in auctions due to uncertainty and lack of necessary support.

In the past three years, they have helped their clients purchase more than 120 properties. The startup plans to expand and open branches in different Italian cities, as well as launch a new project - auctions between individuals.

In addition, Cai donates a percentage of the concluded contracts every year to the Islamic Relief organization, and they are also going to donate the proceeds from the app subscriptions to the education of orphans.
