The Property Finder project becomes a partner of Hepsiemlak in a team with Zingat.

One of the important digital real estate groups nowadays, Property Finder, has become a partner of online real estate platform Zingat, one of Doğuş Grubu's companies, as we told you in August 2017.

Property Finder is preparing to partner with Hepsiemlak, a company owned by Doğan Holding, through Zingat. According to official information released today, Property Finder and Doğuş Grubu have reached an agreement for Property Finder to become a minority shareholder of Hepsiemlak by contributing to the capital of Property Finder.

Additionally, no information on the financial details of the transaction concluded between Property Finder and Doğuş Grubu has been disclosed and the transaction will be finalized after the approval of the Competition Authority. After the transaction, Zingat will join Hepsiemlak.

notes that the merger between Zingat and Hepsiemlak, in addition to the company's strong position in the industry, is also an indicator of foreign investors' interest and confidence in Turkey.

Their journey continues with the acquisition of all of Zingat in 2023 and then partnering with the industry leader, Hepsiemlak, and they are proud of this achievement.
