Growing demand for real estate in North Cyprus... Coastal plots are the best choice.

The most affordable offshore properties are in Northern Cyprus, Forbes' 2021 Global Report shows. Overseas announced North Cyprus as a leader in its "places to live after retirement" index. However, Aileen Pelin Onar, Coldwell Banker's real estate expert in Turkey, notes that Northern Cyprus offers people not only a "wonderful" life, but also the opportunity to live with such amenities at an affordable price.

Because of these reasons, demand for buying property in North Cyprus has increased by 40-50% in the first half of the year. Onar notes that there is a demand for real estate in Northern Cyprus not only from Turkey, but also from 72 different countries around the world, as well as from European visitors who are interested in better living conditions. It points out that demand for real estate is particularly high in the regions of Girne, Esentepe and Iskele, and that rising real estate prices and high rental yields are increasing demand for real estate several times over.
