The RE/MAX France franchise network is continuing its development strategy in France despite the unpredictable market situation. They plan to develop agencies that provide more services to their advisors, supported by business leaders.
In early 2023, RE/MAX France announced the opening of 40 new agencies and the recruitment of "business leaders" to manage its 1,200 commercial agents working in hundreds of franchise centers.

This is the ideology of the RE/MAX Network: to hire true business leaders engaged in business development to increase''size of agencies and their team of commercial agents (20 to 30 people in each franchise center).
