In early 2023, RE/MAX France announced the opening of 40 new agencies and the recruitment of "business leaders" to manage its 1,200 commercial agents working in hundreds of franchise centers.

Among our recruits are seasoned professionals looking to update their careers and working model by becoming business leaders of their company, recognizing the reality of new real estate agencies bringing together an increasing number of independent commercial agents. "

This is the ideology of the RE/MAX Network: to hire true business leaders engaged in business development to increase''size of agencies and their team of commercial agents (20 to 30 people in each franchise center).
