Steph Curry's luxury mansion in Silicon Valley's most expensive zip code
Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry is enjoying life in his new home in Silicon Valley. He previously lived in a relatively small 7,535-square-foot mansion on a 1.18-acre property in Atherton, but has now moved to a much larger property in an expensive area of the country. Curry is a two-time NBA MVP. Curry's stunning new home cost him $30 million. This home sits on a 1.7 acre lot. It has a beautiful pool and sunbathing area. There's also a lack of natural light in his new abode.
According to new information from Front Office Sports, Curry sold his former home for $31.2 million to businessman Forrest Lee in late 2021. That's $1.2 million more than what his new 1,761-square-foot home cost, which he purchased in December 2020. Curry never loses.
The home has a space with high ceilings, numerous large windows that let in lots of natural light and create harmony with the surrounding nature. Curry has his own special flair for business when it comes to buying and selling real estate. No wonder, as he has already proven himself to be a successful entrepreneur. As the highest paid player in the NBA, Curry is also the second highest earner in the league as a whole with an expected salary of $95.1 million this year. Entering a new four-year contract worth about $215.3 million, Curry is also involved in various business endeavors such as his media company Unanimous Media, his recently released children's book "I Have Superpowers" and his partnership with Under Armour.
This year, Curry also purchased a vacation home in Winter Park near Orlando for $2.1 million. Curry has been married to Aisha since 2011.
