In Budva, there is the largest number of real estate properties - 6,671 units, with a total area of 396,203 square meters. Citizens of Russia own or co-own 18,906 real estate properties and 3.9 million square meters of land in Montenegro. This was reported by the Real Estate Administration.

The total area of real estate owned by Russians, including residential and commercial properties, is 1,151,657 square meters, and the number of land plots they have purchased in Montenegro is 12,598. This is the first official information about the amount of real estate owned by Russians in this country that is published in the media.

Russians own real estate in 13 municipalities of Montenegro: Bar, Budva, Cetinje, Danilovgrad, Herceg Novi, Kolašin, Kotor, Mojkovac, Nikšić, Podgorica, Tivat, Ulcinj, and Žabljak. They hold the majority of properties in Budva, with 6,671 units covering a total area of 396,203 square meters.

Russians also own land and real estate in Tivat, Ulcinj, Kotor, Žabljak, Kolašin, Danilovgrad, Podgorica, Cetinje, Nikšić, and Mojkovac. Thus, owners from Russia have significant assets in Montenegro, indicating a substantial presence of Russian citizens in the real estate market of this country.
