The real estate prices in Serbia are rising again. Despite the fact that everyone talks about stabilization, the figures say the opposite. Experts say that sales have slowed down considerably recently, while global sources say that the price decrease will not happen anytime soon, on the contrary, price increases are very likely and expected, reports Blic.

The report for August from nekretnine.rs shows that real estate prices in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nišu and Kragujevac are rising, while prices in Pančevo and several small towns remain lower. Price per square meter in Novy Sad

The increase in prices per square meter is observed in two areas of our city.

Nový Naselje has registered a slight drop in prices, while prices in Grbavica remain at the same level. The most expensive apartment costs 2,682 euros, which is an increase of 2.48 percent compared to the previous month, and is located in' 'city center. Podbaru also shows an increase in the average price per square meter by more than 2 percent, and the price was 2.498 euros. Grbavica keeps the price at the same level as in the previous month and the price per square meter is 2.603 euros, while in Novi Naselje the price was 2.075 euros.
