The largest real estate exhibition in Portugal

The largest real estate fair in Portugal will take place from May 4 to 7 at FIL, alongside Tektónica.

The event organizers, the AIP Fund and the Lisbon City Council, expect significant interest and support from both key players and the public, as the fair is taking place during particularly challenging times.

SIL positions itself as a major market in the real estate sector in Portugal, where the promotion and mediation of new real estate projects take place, and it serves as a meeting place for professionals, investors, and anyone looking for opportunities in the real estate field.

The organizers emphasize that the volume of business generated during the event is a measure of its success, and therefore the strategy of internationalization and the dynamization of B2B and B2C meetings will continue.

In addition, the fair will discuss key current issues related to the real estate sector, such as the economic context of uncertainty due to the war, high inflation, rising interest rates, and the corresponding decrease in purchasing power, as well as a new package of measures for the housing sector.

SIL 2023 will pay special attention to the role of cities in attracting national and foreign investments, as well as new requirements and concepts in the real estate sector, such as ESG (environmental, social, and governance aspects).

The main event of the fair will be the presentation of the SIL Real Estate Awards, which aim to honor the best projects and companies in the real estate sector.
