A significant drop in the real estate market in Italy. - Video Tgcom24

On October 17, 2023, at 10:05 PM, Guido Caianello reported: The effect of expensive mortgages: the real estate market in Italy is experiencing a significant decline. The crisis in purchasing new homes is confirmed by a study from the National Notary Council: in the first half of 2023, there was an 8.7 percent decrease compared to the same period last year. In numerical terms, this means a drop from 303,375 to 277,052 transactions. If this trend continues, notaries estimate that by the end of the year, the decline will reach 10.5 percent.
