The decline in home values in dollar terms continues - Real Estate News.

Updated data from the Turkish Central Bank (TCMB) shows that skate prices in the country continue to decline against the dollar. According to the data released by TCMB, the house price index for July 2023 increased by 7.3 percent compared to the previous month and 94.7 percent compared to July last year.

The cost per square meter in dollar terms, however, continues to fall due to the strengthening of the currency in June and July. The average cost per square meter in Turkey is $1,002.5, while in Istanbul it is $1,495.6.
