** The interest of Serbian citizens in buying real estate on the coast is growing year by year.

They are most interested in Montenegro, Greece, and Albania.

Considering the demand, property prices in Greece have increased this year compared to last year, while in Montenegro, prices have remained high for many years.

Currently, Thessaloniki ranks fifth among the most expensive areas in Greece, while Halkidiki holds the fourth place among regions for real estate purchases.

Halkidiki ranks fourth among the most expensive places in Greece, with an average price of 1,875 euros per square meter.

The municipality of Thessaloniki, which includes the popular Perea where Serbian tourists buy apartments, ranks fifth with a price of 1,762 euros per square meter.

However, there are ads with attractive offers.

One of them is an apartment in Paralia with an area of 60 square meters and a sea view, which can now be purchased for 89,000 euros.

As the seller noted, the property is just 280 meters from the sea.

The apartment has two large terraces, a living room with a kitchen, and two bedrooms.

The "cheapest" apartments are located in the Olympic region, in the area of Katerini, with average prices ranging from 1,500 to 1,600 euros and above.

Old buildings can be found for as little as a thousand euros per square meter, but in small and underdeveloped areas.

The only areas with higher prices than Halkidiki and Thessaloniki are Attica, which includes the southern suburbs of Athens (3,261 euros/m²), the northern suburbs of Athens (2,721 euros/m²), the Cyclades with prices exceeding 3,000 euros per square meter, and the Ionian Islands, specifically Lefkada and Kefalonia, where the average price per square meter is 2,151 euros.

Albania.

A furnished apartment in Golem, close to the sea, costs about 44,500 euros for 63 square meters.

You can also find studio apartments with an area of 50 square meters for 35,000 euros, and they are also furnished.

Apartments in Shenzhen, 90 meters from the sea, with an area of 63 square meters, are priced at 51,500 euros, but they are not furnished.

An apartment by Mango Beach in Saranda, measuring 65 square meters, costs 58,000 euros, while a two-room apartment measuring 48 square meters in Orikum near Valona costs 48,000 euros.

In general, anyone planning to buy an apartment on the coast in this country can purchase it for 1,000 euros per square meter.

In Montenegro, apartment prices are also high.

However, if you want a new one-bedroom apartment in Rafailovici with an area of 40 square meters, it will cost around 147,000 euros.

Budva is more expensive, so a studio apartment located 250 meters from the sea, with an area of 22 square meters, will cost 75,000 euros.

On the other hand, a studio apartment of 36 square meters in a new complex in Bar can be found for a price of 72,000 euros.
