A slightly larger apartment with an area of 46 square meters, also in Budva, in the city center, is sold at a price of 121,000 euros. A larger but luxurious apartment of 55 square meters with a terrace and sea view, located about 1 kilometer from the coast, is sold for 143,000 euros. The price of one bedroom and larger apartments varies depending on the year of construction and location. The price exceeds 200,000 euros, but''luxury apartments on the coast itself can reach 990,000 euros and even more.

According to the offer, although Becici is very close to Budva, the fact is that there you can find square meters at a better price.
