U Belgrade: apartments for 300 euros a month in the center, but there's a catch!

U Belgrade: apartments for 300 euros a month in the center, but there's a catch!

One of the real estate agencies rents out a fully furnished, modern apartment for 300 euros. However, this is just a studio of about 30 square meters, which is only suitable for one person. In addition, this apartment is located in Kotez, which may not be the best option for tenants who, say, for work, are more suited to proximity to the city center.

In the city center, you can also find an apartment for 300 euros, but it is very cramped. It is a studio of only 18 square meters on Vračar, near the Kalenić market. It is an apartment in a house, and the future tenants will be heated with an electric stove. For the same amount of money you can also find 20 square meters on South Boulevard. For 300 euros you can also rent an apartment of 35 square meters in''Zemuné. It is a courtyard apartment, furnished, but it is not connected to central heating and is heated by an electric stove.

The listings also include a studio apartment in the village of Vojvoda Vlahovic.

It is a furnished apartment of 35 square meters in the building, with one separate bedroom, the future tenants will be heated by electricity and, if they are drivers, will have their own parking space in the courtyard of the building.

Larger apartments are usually unfurnished.

Despite the attractive price for this size and structure of the apartment, buying furniture is an additional expense, so it may not be the best option for renters who are missing some pieces of furniture. There are many more suggestions for''two-bedroom apartments for this monthly budget, and here the same problem arises - some of these apartments are completely unfurnished.

Another place near Belgrade that has an apartment for 300 euros, and it's a two-bedroom apartment, is Mladenovac. An apartment for which you have to pay 300 euros a month, however, is completely empty. There is an apartment in Železnick for which you have to pay a monthly rent of 300 euros, and it even has four rooms. It is a property of 70 square meters, and it is an apartment in a house, not in a building. As stated in the ad, the apartment has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and three bedrooms, a terrace and a yard. While this sounds ideal, this ad also has a problem that will cause many renters to give up''moving in. It's the equipment, or rather the lack of it, as there is not a single piece of furniture in the apartment.
