Through collaboration with Property Managers, Deepki Ready was mapped''88 assets, over 323 meters and the consumption of around 130 tenants. All energy efficiency certificates and building certificates were also uploaded to the platform.
In the first six months of data collection, BNP Paribas REIM Italy achieved a coverage of 66% of energy (electricity, gas and heating) and water consumption for 2022 in both public and private areas, with a target of 75% by 2024 and 100% by 2025.
