Robin Baneg, as an engineer at Bouygues, contracted the real estate "virus" by equipping real estate agencies with telecommunications services. In 2004, seduced by an entrepreneurial adventure, he took the plunge and brought along his colleague and friend Fabien Lowtzeck.

But for the two partners, the beginning was far from easy. They had a hard time finding a room. This will change when they are connected with Laforêt's development department, which helps them in their search. A few months later, Robin and Fabienne open their first agency in Atis-Mone, in Essonne.

The beginning of an entrepreneurial adventure

In an extremely dynamic real estate market, first sales come quickly. Robin and Fabien also harbor a bright desire to succeed. Nothing stops them, not the banking procedures, not the work of setting up the agency, not the interviewing of applicants... Things they've never done before. They strongly follow the method taught to them at the Laforêt training for future franchisees, and it works!

Multi-franchise

Dazed by their success, the two partners decide to open a second agency in Villeneuve-le-Roi. A city that no one wanted at the time!

New geographical sector for a new challenge

Last year, Robin and Fabien split up to continue their family projects. Whereas Fabien moved to Nîmes, Robin Baneg moved to Serris Val d'Europ, in Saint-et-Marne, the region where he grew up. He opens a new agency, buying his premises. "The nerve of war," he said, when you're a franchisee. He intends, by the way, to repeat the wonderful adventure he lived in '91 and '94. "Saint-et-Marne is a fantastic region where all kinds of businesses are possible. Our goal is to position ourselves as one of the best Laforêt agencies in France within 3-5 years. "
