In August, a total of 2,700 plots were registered in Navarra's property registers, 0.5% more than a year earlier. The number of agricultural plots fell by 12.4%, while the number of urban plots increased by 5.9%, according to the Navarre Institute of Statistics (Nastat).

In Spain, the number of registered transfers of property plots in August amounted to 166,982, down 7.3% on August 2022. 83.6% of registered sales transactions in Navarra relate to urban plots, while 16.4% relate to agricultural plots. In the case of urban plots, 57.1% are residential sales transactions. Year-on-year, the volume of sales transactions for urban plots increased by 6.2%, and' 'agricultural - by 28.2%. The volume of residential sale and purchase transactions registered in Navarra's property registries in August totaled 635 transactions, an increase of 8.7% compared to a year ago and 49.8% compared to the previous month. According to the protection regime, 89.8% of residential homes sold are vacant, an increase of 9.2% compared to last year. Residential home sales in protected areas are up 4.8% in the last year.
