In partnership with the Appleton Estate, Wild Turkey Bourbon launches Master's Keep Voyage, a new release in its annual series of limited-edition whiskeys.

Wild Turkey Bourbon, in collaboration with Appleton Estate, introduces Master's Keep Voyage, a new release in their annual limited edition whiskey series. This 10 year old bourbon with an alcohol content of 106 proof has undergone additional aging in oak barrels previously used to age Jamaican rum. This is the first such aging in the history of Wild Turkey.
Master's Keep Voyage, created by Master Distiller Eddie Russell in collaboration with Dr. Joy Spence, Appleton Estate's renowned Master Blender of Rum, reflects over 80 years of experience creating quality spirits. "Each year we look forward to the release of Master's Keep to redefine what our bourbon can be," says Eddie Russell. "Creating Master's Keep Voyage in collaboration with Joy was a true privilege, and I think our shared passion for storytelling through our drinks is evident in this unique whiskey."
Master's Keep Voyage is the latest release in the Master's Keep series, which was first introduced in 2015. The year-long release grew out of Eddie Russell's desire to push the boundaries of traditional bourbon production by experimenting with aging methods and finishes. The goal of Master's Keep Voyage was to create a unique drink that combined the characteristics of both bourbon and rum.

"With Voyage, we had a very specific flavor profile in mind," says Joy Spence, master blender at Appleton Estate. "We really wanted to explore how the classic notes of rum and bourbon can interact and create a very rich flavor experience for whiskey and rum drinkers alike."
Master's Keep Voyage will be available starting November 1, 2023 at Dan Murphy's, First Choice, Liquorland and select independent retailers for a recommended retail price of $350.
