The leading Emirati developer has the Russian market in mind

The UAE-based company Reportage Properties plans to launch construction projects in Russia in the near future, as reported by the company's director Andrea Nucera last week. He noted that three plots are currently under consideration, including one in the south of Moscow. It is assumed that negotiations are underway for cooperation with a local developer.

Meanwhile, a sales office has been opened in Moscow to coordinate projects currently being developed in other countries, Nucera said.

Established in 2014 in Abu Dhabi, Reportage Properties is one of the largest private real estate developers in the United Arab Emirates with projects in the UAE, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, Saudi Arabia and other countries.

A recent study by IBC Real Estate showed that investment in Russian real estate grew by 75% in September compared to last year. By the end of 2023, this figure is expected to exceed last year's record of $6.2 billion.
