In France, the town of Saint-Amand-Montrond has set a price of 1 euro for a house measuring 77.18 square meters. The aim of this decision is to encourage the renovation of old buildings, reduce the number of vacant residential properties, and revitalize the city center.

The house, consisting of two floors, includes a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room, a toilet, a bathroom, a 16 square meter garage and a 13 square meter yard. Although it may look like something out of place, the house itself is interesting.

However, despite the incredibly low purchase price, the future owner will have to face high repair costs.
