In France, the economic environment is deteriorating.

With the general slowdown in economic activity, companies with deteriorating financial situations are hiring fewer employees.
The recovery in the unemployment rate, which had already been expected, has arrived.
Not surprisingly, according to the Bank of France's November 9 data, activity will grow at a moderate pace of about 0.1-0.2% in the fourth quarter.
As orders from companies, especially in manufacturing and construction, shrink, they also have less cash.
According to the quarterly report of the Bpifrance Le Lab-Rexecode Barometer, published on November 14, CEOs' opinion of their financial situation has deteriorated significantly, with no short- or medium-term improvement expected.
According to this survey, one of the reasons for the deteriorating financial position is delayed payment from customers, which has never been so high before.
A survey conducted on November 8 by the credit insurance agency Coface among 650 French companies confirms this: more than eight out of ten companies have delayed payment from customers in the last twelve months.
In most cases, these delays were "longer and more frequent" compared to the previous period.
This phenomenon is more pronounced for small and medium-sized businesses than for large businesses
