Beyond the two-state solution.

The two-state solution to end the war between Gaza and Israel is dead because there is no longer a "state" in Gaza. The tunnels have mostly been destroyed by explosives. When the tunnels collapsed, the apartments, shops, schools, and hospitals above them were destroyed. As the residents of Gaza left their homes, the IDF attacked Hamas, destroying the apartments, shops, schools, and hospitals where Hamas was hiding. Israeli tanks and bombings have turned Gaza's roads into ruins. The infrastructure is destroyed. There is nothing to return to; no homes, no jobs, no schools, no services. Israel has sent a message to the world from Gaza: Attack Israel, and your cities will be turned to ruins, just asRome destroyed Carthage. Israel does not want to take Gaza back. Egypt has built an impenetrable wall to keep Palestinians out. Israel is building a wall to keep Palestinians out. There will be no more jobs for Palestinians in Israel. No nation wants Palestinians, which means that without new ideas, Palestinians will exist like Haitians, as refugees on their own land, living in tents for the next 20 years. Israel will accept nothing less than the complete surrender of Hamas. To the victor goes the spoils.

Gaza has one resource that has been neglected for decades - 26 miles of coastline along the Mediterranean Sea.
The UAE has just established a joint venture with Egypt to develop a similarly sized area on the Ras al-Hekma peninsula, west of Alexandria in Egypt. The UAE paid Egypt $24 billion for development rights and promised $11 billion for specific projects. This resource is a seed solution for Gaza.
A new solution for Gaza
After the capitulation of Hamas, Israel will gain control of Gaza, just as the Allies controlled Germany after their victory over the Nazis in World War II. The first step of the new solution for Gaza involves the establishment of a Temporary Trust Administration, which will include the USA, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. Israel will transfer control of Gaza to the Trust Administration under the conditions described below.
