Such property should be the subject of special attention because of the origin of the capital with which it was acquired in Montenegro, and a detailed investigation, if they decide to do so, should also show who continued to allow suspicious Russian (and other) capital to freely enter Montenegro for years," Milovac said. He also added that because of this process of freezing the assets of Russian citizens related to the war in Ukraine "could be a great start to" clearing his yard "if there is the political will to do so.".
