There is a spacious living room-bedroom with a very comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy complimentary coffee during your stay. Bed linens, towels, bath amenities and all electrical appliances are provided. There is a boiler that provides a 24-hour water supply. Of course, the beds are already made, with freshly ironed sheets from a high-quality brand on them. In addition, there are clean towels for each of you. The nearest metro station is Technopolis. Please note that electricity costs are not included in the monthly rent. Guests are responsible for any electricity costs exceeding the amount of 50 euros (estimate).
