It is up to 130 square meters and can accommodate up to 7 guests. It is fully renovated and modernly decorated, renovation completed in January 2019. There are 3 separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, toaster). The living room is very spacious, with a 55" smart TV and two sofas in a row leading into the kitchen. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is a boiler providing hot water around the clock. Of course, the Beds are already made, with freshly ironed sheets of the highest quality. In addition, there are clean towels for each of you. There is free WIFI throughout the entire area! Syntagma is the nearest metro station. Live like a local in the most Central place of Athens. All sights, monuments, bars and restaurants are within walking distance! Please note that electricity costs are not included in the monthly rent.
