Large and elegant apartment of about 150 sqm consisting of 3 bedrooms, living room with open kitchen, 2 bathrooms and laundry room. The property is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a building in the center of Bologna, a 10-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore and close to the bus stop leading to the fair and train station. Guests have full use of the kitchen, bed linen and towels are provided. Upon arrival, our staff will be at the apartment to explain how the equipment works and hand over the keys. During your stay we will be available for any unforeseen circumstances. The apartment was completely refurbished in March 2022; the original 1970's furniture has been refurbished and modernized to be placed alongside more modern and brightly colored items. For the floors, it was decided to keep the original marble, which blends well with the dark green of the furniture and allows the dark green of the doors and windows to be accentuated. In this way, an extremely trendy style with a distinct vintage flavor has been created, which can not only provide guests with a pleasant stay in a refined environment, but also pamper them with all the most modern comforts. Heating is centralized throughout the building; air conditioning is present in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms, while the study has a fan. As soon as you enter the house, you can leave your coats at the spacious entrance, which opens on one side to the living room and on the other side leads to the corridor where the bedrooms are located. In the living room you will see a beautiful wooden bookcase, next to which stands a single sofa bed (80 x 200 cm) and a coffee table made of glass. In front of the seating area, above the piano (not working), hangs a Smart TV with which you can connect to the internet. An open kitchen develops to the side of the living room.
