On the first floor we find 2 double bedrooms and another full bathroom. In addition to that there is another terrace with a balcony that is accessible from both bedrooms. As if that wasn't enough, there is a communal pool and the sea and beach are only 200 meters away.... It is located in the La Mata neighborhood of Torrevieja. Torrevieja is a very touristy town and has the best climate in the south of all Spain. La Mata is on the outskirts of the city center, but it has incredible beaches with an abundance of sand, crystal clear waters, dunes and beautiful landscapes, as well as the natural park Laguna Rosa de la Mata... It is also located close to all necessary services such as buses, bars, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, schools, parks etc.... If you don't buy it, you will regret it later!
