We offer apartments in a residential building in the most preferred by young families quarter of Burgas Izgrev. The complex is located in the north-eastern part of the city, directly next to the Atanasovsko Lake reserve. Most of the apartments have panoramic views of the beautiful scenery. There are two schools, kindergartens, Life Hospital, Ophthalmic Clinic "Oksikom", pharmacies, sports ground, park and stores within 300 meters from the house. There is an excellent transport interchange, there is public parking. To the sea park is only 10 minutes on foot. This is a favorite place for walks, recreation, sports and entertainment. The house was completed in December 2013.
