The plot on which the hotel is being built is located in Ravda on the first line, right on the beach. Until recently there were old houses amongst the greenery of trees. The main idea of the project is to preserve to a large extent the character of the area and the natural greenery, for this purpose the old trees are maintained and new ones are planted.

The complex consists of four buildings grouped in pairs of two, in each pair one building is finished in wood and the other in stone. The wood trim is a natural extension in height of the wood lattice on the ground. The heavy stone bodies are supported by columns, beneath which will be the café and restaurant. This play with materials visually lightens the architecture of the complex. The purpose of this deliberate chaos throughout is to maximize the sense of freedom.

The total number of apartments is 51, they are unevenly distributed in 4 buildings.
A secure underground parking lot is at the disposal of the owners of the apartments.
