- 10% upon conclusion of the Preliminary Contract;

balance of 60% of the cost - installment without bank participation, under the contract by the developer:

for installments up to 2 years from the date of the contract - price increase 3.6% p.a.

for installments up to 3 years from the date of the contract - 6.3% p.a.
for installments up to 4 years from the date of the contract - 6.5% p.a.
for installments up to 5 years from the date of the contract - 9.8% p.a.

Payments underThe installment payments are made in quarterly or semi-annual installments.

The right to use the apartment is transferred after payment of 10% of the price, notarization after full payment.
