Fantastic accommodation is located in the new apartment complex of Soto de La Moraleja. With many stores, restaurants and schools around, it is located in a quiet and private village equipped with 24/7 security. With a total area of 102 square meters, a large armored door leads us inside the dwelling where we are greeted by a spacious entrance hall. To the left is the day area, a large space combining the living room, dining room and open kitchen, which possess large windows with south-west orientation, bringing in all kinds of natural light. The terrace of 14 square meters offers views of the garden areas. On the right, through the corridor, we find the bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor we enter the bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, built-in closets in the dressing area and a spacious office. The room was originally divided into two parts, giving it a large size. If needed, it could be returned to the original distribution with a simple remodel. The bathroom has a large fog mirror, whirlpool tub and shower rod. The flooring throughout the accommodation is marble, with ceramic granite tiles in the kitchen.
