Luxury 2 bedroom apartment in Fondamenta delle Zattere Al Ponte Longo, Venice, Veneto

Walking along the Zattera, we feel the breath of Venice in its purest form. The breeze from the lagoon tickles us as we make our way towards a beautiful building with a facade in typical Venetian style. We climb a few flights of stairs and reach the top floor: the reflection of the water immediately strikes us and the light spreads across the walls in typical Venetian style. We move forward, breathlessly, to the living room: two windows flood the dining room with light, a large French window frames the living room, from which we can admire the incredible view. And while the interior, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, promises comfort and sophistication, it is from the outside that the property reveals its true nature. Before us opens the first of three terraces, all facing south, all with breathtaking views: the east terrace, ideal for more intimate dining. Next to the modern kitchen, equipped with all the comforts of home, the west terrace awaits us, ideal for a morning breakfast to the sound of seagulls. But this is not enough for us, and we want to surprise our friends who have come to visit us for aperitifs and dinner. We lead them upstairs to the most incredible terrace in the house and perhaps in all of Venice: twenty-five square meters of incredible views, from dawn to dusk, at three hundred and sixty degrees over the entire city. The party continues, and we offer our friends a cozy annex on the first floor, with its own bathroom and the same incredible view of the whole city.
