Villa is located in the town of Sutomore. Four-storey club-apartotel of 480 square meters, has a green area with subtropical garden and swimming pool. Reconstructed in 2005. There is a parking lot. All apartments have new furniture.

In 10-15 minutes walk there are beautiful sandy-pebble beaches, for which Sutomore is famous. In the immediate vicinity of the beach there are restaurants, cafes, stores. The main part of the resort area in summer time is only for pedestrians.
