The villa is built on two levels and offers a unique and mesmerizing view. The house is located 600 meters from Lia beach, one of the best places on the island. To enter the house, you have to climb three stone steps. Inside, on the left, there is a corridor that leads to a spacious bedroom with a bathroom. Directly off the entrance to the house is the living-dining room. This also includes the kitchen, cleverly built into the extension on the right. To the left is a traditional Myconian fixture, including a handcrafted wooden staircase leading to an open half-story; this design is typical of many of the older cottages in the area. Next is the veranda, spacious and perfect for hosting guests. If we return to the entrance of the villa, to the left, next to the traditional half-storey staircase, is the main staircase leading to the ground floor. At the very beginning of this staircase is a full bathroom located on the same level as the first floor.
