The dining area will have a table for 8 people.

Also on the first floor, there will be a game room where you can have fun playing billiards, and the little ones will be thrilled with the PlayStation gaming console.

On the first floor, you will comfortably accommodate in 3 bedrooms with double beds and adjoining bathrooms with showers, while on the second floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed, which also has its own bathroom with a shower and a bathtub.

Additional amenities of the villa include a washing machine, dryer, and iron, as well as access to a separate toilet, a high chair, and a crib.

The open terrace will be a place where you will feel royal, enjoying the pool, next to which is a sunbathing area with 8 loungers, a romantic jacuzzi, and a covered lounge area. You can also use a charcoal or wood grill outdoors, and enjoy the prepared dishes at the outdoor dining table for 8 people.

The villa's yard is fully fenced and has private parking.
