On the ground floor we have access to two guest apartments, with entrances outside the main structure and renovated in the 1980s with the same layout: living area with kitchenette and an internal staircase leading to the attic floor where a bedroom and a bathroom are located.

From the internal courtyard of the farmhouse, through multiple entrances we can access and stay in large living rooms with fireplace renovated about 10 years ago, with high ceilings, ancient stone floors and vaults as well as carve out moments of leisure in a billiard room, taking advantage of the convenience of a service bathroom.

Then going up the ancient external staircase that leads from the courtyard to the second floor, through a beautiful panoramic loggia we reach two apartments, easily connectable to each other in case you want. The first apartment features a large living room with a fireplace, beamed ceilings and old terracotta floors, two bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet), a spacious bathroom, an eat-in kitchen and a study room. The other, smaller one welcomes us with a living area together with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

In front of the farmhouse there is an interesting recoverable volume, originally a former pigsty, now renovated and used, in the part above, as a nice relaxation area with views of the surrounding hills, where you can sip a good glass of Tuscan wine alone or in pleasant company.

All around is a land of about one hectare, fenced with wooden fence, including the pertinent garden with Mediterranean scrub and fruit trees, an olive grove that has 100 olive trees and the private road leading to the property.
