I am sure that the sea climate is very beneficial for health, and the waters of the sea have special healing properties, so it is hard to keep children who have been to the sea once on the shore. This is not just a whim, but a real need to take care of health. We have a dacha, but, alas, it is located next to a noisy highway and quite close to the city, which makes it not the most comfortable place for recreation. Thus, I believe that choosing Bulgaria is not just a desire, but a vital necessity.

The pursuit of luxury

Have you ever thought about the possibility of becoming a luxury real estate owner? It doesn't matter to me where my house is located, whether it is the picturesque coast of Italy or France. Real estate in Spain is not my main goal.

Cars and housing

To date, Russians who live outside the country have become a familiar phenomenon. In recent years, there has been active investment by Russians in foreignreal estate. The reasons for this phenomenon are quite varied.

If we remember what was happening two decades ago, to imagine that foreigners could buy a house in the Leningrad region seemed unimaginable. How would you have felt about such news eight or nine years ago? It would have been unbelievable, a kind of “space travel” beyond the boundaries of our reality. The imagination would have been unable to create something like it. And today, when you have property abroad, what emotions does it evoke in you?

The concept of “abroad” has become less meaningful for our generation. Personally, I do not feel that I am the owner of “foreign” real estate. For me, it still remains something of a novelty. However, for my children, who are already traveling all over the world, the Earth has become one, and they perceive themselves as true cosmopolitans.

A cosmopolitan choice

Let me ask you the following question about cosmopolitanism: if you were given the opportunity to get any real estate in any country as a gift, what would you pay attention to?

• I, for one, would choose Russia.
• I would love to have a home in a quiet, scenic area such as a lake or secluded forest.

But it might take a helicopter to get to such a place. I am not interested in a swallow's nest - I am not interested in noisy companies. I need a place for privacy, but with modern amenities. As for foreignreal estate, I am attracted to castles in the Austrian mountains, and I also dream of a house in the Maldives or Seychelles, by an exotic sea or on an uninhabited island in the Pacific, to be able to enjoy privacy.

Future plans

But you have made a choice in favor of Bulgaria. What are your next steps? I plan to go there in May to explore the area and assess the terrain. It will be spring, which is perfect for me. In our country spring is usually delayed, and in Bulgaria at this time the temperature can reach 20 degrees. It's nice to extend the summer period. Shortly after the Victory Day celebrations, I will start my trip.
