5 cheapest places in Spain to emigrate and buy real estate
Many Argentines, especially young people, want to emigrate to Spain in search of better job opportunities and economic progress. However, making a lifestyle change is very difficult and not everyone is ready for it. In this context, one of the most difficult tasks is finding accommodation.
Living in cities like Madrid or Barcelona means paying between 660 and 880 euros a month to live alone and between 200 and 400 euros if you choose to rent with others. This does not include light, water and internet costs.
Although most Argentines emigrating to the Iberian Peninsula choose the big cities because the best job opportunities are found there, the Spanish geography is full of quiet villages where the cost per square meter is much more affordable for foreigners. Many are within an hour's drive of major cities.
The Ideal Report has compiled information on the villages with the lowest prices per square meter of real estate. Here are the best options for investing in tranquility and beauty a few hours away from the big cities.
1. Alcaudete de la HarataG/h3>
Located in the province of Toledo, the city of Alcaudete de la Jara has the lowest values of cost per square meter: 329 euros, the lowest average cost in all of Spain.
