The network of intermediary agents Agent Mandataire France (about a hundred advisors in France) is launching an auction system in collaboration with the Ofrae platform, aimed at revitalizing the real estate market, where buyers are becoming increasingly rare, stated the founder of the network, Philippe Benardo.

This is a network of agents that I founded in 2012, bringing together the commercial strength of experienced agents, who on average have 7-8 years of experience in the real estate sector. To join us, one must have at least two years of experience. In addition, our agents, of whom there are now about a hundred in France, must possess resilience, empathy, and discipline in a challenging market.
Currently, there is a redistribution of roles: the most vulnerable agents, whether due to lack of experience or absence of good connections, are in a difficult position. Additionally, we do not have packages; we fund all the services for our agents: software, advertising, visibility, training, and legal consultations. We also protect their territory. For example, in the Var department, where we already have about twenty agents, there is a structured network, and we are only recruiting in a few cities.
Agent compensation policy
We start with a 70% commission, with a target sales volume exceeding 30,000 euros, and reach a 99% commission for the agent after achieving an annual turnover of 90,000 euros. You are launching a real estate system at auction in collaboration with the interactive sales platform Ofrae.

Expectations from the new service
Our goal is for ultimately 1/5 of our sales to be made through this auction system (the Agent Mandataire France network made between 250 and 300 sales in the last year).
Plans for staff development and workforce size
We plan to have 150 agents by the end of 2025. Maintaining the logic of hiring professionals in an active market, we intend to accelerate our entry into the prestigious real estate market. We will also need to open in some major cities where we are not yet present; I'm thinking of Marseille or Strasbourg. Additionally, we aim to actively develop in the luxury real estate segment.
