Ayuso closes '\''chiringuito'\''\''Madrid Asset: 306 thousand euros salary, 4 employees, 6 events in 2023.

The last forum organized by '\''Madrid Activa'\'' in March this year came under the crosshairs of parties that have supported the Partido Popular in the Madrid Community since 2015. First there was the Ciudadanos Party, which facilitated the investiture of Cristina Cifuentes. Remember that then the organization Madrid Activa, a wholly owned subsidiary of the regional government, was described as a company that was only for organizing "business breakfasts" and should be closed. But it failed to do so.

In 2021, well after Ciudadanos disappeared from Madrid's political map, Vox took a hand, endorsing Isabel Díaz Ayuso, calling this public body a real "shanty" that should be eliminated. 36 years later, Ayuso finally made a decision''to close down this enterprise. '\''Madrid Activa'\'' also manages TecnoAlcalá, a 370,000-square-meter technology and business park located in Alcalá de Henares that houses 40 companies. As the managing body, the state-owned company provides security, horticulture, cleaning and waste collection services in the park. It is also responsible for selling its land to companies wishing to establish themselves there.

In 2014, Madrid's''The community, then under the leadership of Ignacio González, wanted to give a boost to the Madrid Activa community with the launch of the Activa Henares plan, an investment of 268 million euros to develop the economy in 17 municipalities of Corredora Henares; and the Activa Sur plan to stimulate employment in 23 municipalities in the southern part of the region, this time with an investment of 630 million euros.
