Dimand S A: Financing of ALKANOR by Alfa-Bank for the reconstruction of a multifunctional building in Omonia (Correct repetition)

On June 11, 2024, a press release was published in Maroussi regarding the financing of ALKANOR by Alpha Bank for the transformation of a mixed-use building in the Omonia area. ALKANOR S.M.S.A., which is a 100% subsidiary of the DIMAND group, has signed a long-term loan agreement of up to 28 million euros with Alpha Bank to implement the project for the renovation of the building that previously housed the historic MINION department store (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"). Specifically, it involves transforming part of this building, with an area of approximately 13,800 square meters, into a modern, environmentally efficient mixed-use building with minimal impact on the environment, which will include retail spaces and offices. The project aims for a high silver level of LEED certification.

The company ALKANOR has successfully reached agreements for the lease of the entire premises with Inditex Group and Public Power Corporation (P.P.C.), with operations expected to begin at the end of this year.
