George Clooney is denying rumors of selling his Lake Como villa for $107 million - here's what we know.

It's said George Clooney will keep his famous Lake Como villa after several reports said the luxury home is up for sale - a deal that could be one of the biggest celebrity real estate deals of all time.

The villa has 25 rooms, tennis courts, gym, garage with a collection of retro motorcycles, movie room, swimming pool, basketball court and two docks on Lake Como.

The value and negation of the sale

Last year, The Wall Street Journal reported that the value of the home that Clooney bought for about $14 million is now over $100 million thanks to the so-called "Clooney effect." But the actor himself has denied reports of the villa's sale, saying they are untrue.

If the deal had gone through, it would have been one of the biggest sales among celebrities.
